I created this reporting tool in 2018 when the new MiFID II/MiFIR came into force based on the ESMA Guidelines, that specify the construction of transaction reports field by field for various trading scenarios. ESMA Guidelines specify all the individual data fields to be reported, depending on the asset being traded.
The MiFIR reporting application is ready for reporting trades with stocks and fixed income securities and is suitable for all stock brokers. Also it is possible to implement reporting of trades with derivatives based on available data within your back-office system.
It is directly connected to the back-office system from which the data are fetched and a MiFID II compliant XML transaction file is generated for selected transactions. Exported transaction reports are standardized, so every national European regulatory body will accept it.
